Global Cash Access (GCA) released two innovative products into the gaming industry,  QuickCash Plus (QCP) Web and QuickJack Plus.

Installed at 124 casinos in 2003, QCP Web, is a full-service transaction cage operations processing system that serves to streamline casino operations in addition to  improving customer satisfaction and increasing gaming revenues. QuickJack Plus is supplied and marketed by NRT Technology Corporation, and it incorporates the ATM, debit and credit card cash advance services that Sanford’s Global Cash Access provides.

In 2003 Global Cash Access and Kirk Sanford were honored when they received awards for two of their new gaming products. Casino Journal has a five member panel that awards prizes to the Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Products each year.
